These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Blazpay mobile app, the websites at blazpay.com and its subdomains, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are operated by Blazpay Labs Corp, a company incorporated in Panama under registration number 155749273. "We", "us" and "our" mean Blazpay Labs Corp.
Our Privacy Policy at blazpay.com/privacy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Services where doing so is illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions.
Blazpay is a self-custody wallet. Your recovery phrase and private keys are created and stored on your device. We never receive them and cannot recover them. If you lose your recovery phrase, you can lose access to your assets permanently.
You alone are responsible for every transaction you approve. Blockchain transactions are final: we cannot reverse, cancel or refund them.
The Services connect you to services we do not operate, including blockchains, decentralised exchanges and bridges, perpetual futures venues, tokenized-asset issuers, fiat on-ramp and off-ramp providers, and dApps in the in-app browser. Those services have their own terms, fees and risks. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
Quotes, prices, routes and estimates shown in the Services come from third parties, can change before a transaction completes, and are not guaranteed.
Digital assets are volatile and can lose all their value. Leveraged products such as perpetual futures can lose more than your initial margin and can be liquidated. Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties and may not give you the rights of owning the underlying share.
Smart contracts and blockchains can fail, be attacked or be changed. Use the Services only with assets you can afford to lose.
BlazAI is an assistant that can explain, suggest and prepare transactions. Its answers can be wrong or out of date and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing is executed until you review and approve it in the app.
Do not use the Services to break the law, to launder money or finance terrorism, to infringe others' rights, to send spam or harmful content, or to interfere with the Services. You can report or block other users in chat. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these Terms.
Some features include a Blazpay fee, shown before you approve the transaction. Network fees and third-party fees are set by others and are shown as estimates.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or as described at blazpay.com/delete-account. Deleting your account does not affect assets held at your wallet address.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by third-party services or blockchains, or for losses caused by the loss or disclosure of your recovery phrase.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
